Our classes are designed to spark joy, build skills at a comfortable pace, and create a positive, drama-free environment where every dancer can shine.

FAQ
What does my child need to wear for their first class?
You’re welcome to come in full dress code if you already have it, but don't stress for the first class. Comfortable clothes your child can move in—like leggings and a t-shirt—are perfect. Hair up in a bun and barefoot works great, too!
How do I pick the right class for my child?
Start by checking our class schedule—look at your child’s age or level as a starting point. If you’re unsure, give us a call, text, or email and we’ll be happy to help you choose the best fit. We’ll also evaluate your dancer on their first day to make sure they’re in the class where they’ll feel confident and thrive.
I'm not sure which class my child will enjoy more - can I do two different classes with Tutu Special?
The Tutu Special is good for one class for two consecutive weeks so that dancers can get a true feeling of what our studio and the class is like. We are happy to chat with you to figure out which class would be best for your dancer.
If I decide to continue after the Tutu Special, what are the costs?
If you decide to continue, there is a $35 annual enrollment fee per family, along with monthly tuition that starts at $78 per month, depending on the number of classes your dancer takes. Each recital dance also has a costume fee of about $105, which is collected in the fall or one week after enrollment if joining in the winter or spring..
Do I need to stay in the building while my child is in or can I wait in the car?
For dancers under age 5, we ask that a parent stays in the building in case of potty breaks or other quick needs. For older dancers, you’re welcome to wait in our lobby or your car — whichever is more comfortable for you!
Can I watch the class?
Our studio is an open-concept space with a curtain that divides our waiting room from our studio for privacy. We keep the curtain closed during most of class so dancers can focus, but don’t worry—you’ll still get a peek! Toward the end, we usually open the curtain so parents can watch and celebrate what their child has learned.
