Enrollment in Miss Lucy’s School of Dance is designed as a full-season experience. Our season runs from September - June. Our dance season is a 35-class program that concludes with our end-of-year recital. Tuition is based on your tuition for the entire season and is divided into equal monthly installments for convenience, each due on the 1st of each month.

Nope! Our dance season is a 35-week program that concludes with our end-of-year recital. Tuition is based on an annual fee for their entire season and conveniently divided into 10 equal monthly installments, due on the 1st of each month.  Each installment is the same, no matter how many classes are held in a given month and is not prorated or refunded for holidays, scheduled, snow days, or cancelled classes. This makes budgeting easy and ensures your dancer can enjoy every class throughout the season!

Tuition installments are due on the 1st of the month - September through June. Making payment is super easy! We require all accounts to have a debit or credit card on file. We process your payment to the card on file automatically - no extra work for you! If a family wishes to pay with different card  cash or check, they must pay before the upcoming due date.​​​

No problem! We understand things happen from time-to-time. If your card is declined for any reason, we will send you an email to let you know. Just simply head to your Parent Portal and update your card information. Once the card is updated, we will reprocess your payment. Our system is designed to reprocess payments after 3 days automatically.Declined cards and returned checks will have a $25 fee automatically added to your account. Late fees or return check fees will be billed to the card on file.Payments will incur a $25 late fee after the 8th of the month. Payment is required for participation. If no payment is recieved by the 8th of the month, class participation is paused until payment is recieved.

We hope this never happens! However, we do have a process in place when things happens for our families. If you need to withdraw, please notify us in writing (email is perfect!) at least 30 days before your next payment. Installments payments will continue through the 30-day notice period. Because tuition covers the entire season - not month-to-month or per class - if you are paying in installments, you are responsible for any remaining balance for classes your dancer has already attended that hasn’t yet been covered by your payments. This policy helps us keep class sizes small, provide consistent instruction, and offer spots to other dancers.Please note: Tuition, enrollments fees, and costumes packages are non-refundable for any reason.

No problem! You can record your absence directly in your Parent Portal.​ For traditional absences — like illness, travel, or other personal conflicts — we’re happy to offer make-up classes. Dancers may attend a make-up in an equal or lower level class, based on availability anytime throughout the season.​​Make-up classes can be easily scheduled through your Parent Portal. If you need help finding a class that works, we’re always here to help!​
