CLASS DESCRIPTION
Our Acro I class blends strength, flexibility, and fun as dancers explore the foundations of acrobatic movement!Designed for ages 6–10, this class focuses on safe skill development, proper technique, and building confidence. Dancers work on beginner acro elements such as bridges, handstands, cartwheels, balances, and basic conditioning—always with careful spotting and age-appropriate progressions. We emphasize body awareness, strength, control, and flexibility while helping dancers connect their acro skills to dance movements. It’s an empowering, exciting class where dancers grow strong, brave, and confident in a supportive environment.
